Cozy stay with friendly vibes
Spent a night here and found the room really comfy. The staff were super chill, helped with a room issue quickly. Enjoyed chilling at the bar with some awesome dinner choices. Only wished checkout wasn't so early, kinda rushed out.

this place has such subpar amenities. Like, who offers instant coffee and cheap tea? ! The noise from party guests was just unbearable, and I mean really, do some people not know where their rooms are? A complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but i guess regular guests are treated the same as the drunks next door. unreal.

The balcony offers nice views and is a great spot to enjoy a cuppa while soaking in the surroundings. The rooms are generally comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a night away.
Unfortunately, noise is a persistent issue. I could hear the snoring from the adjacent room, which made it tough to catch some Z's. The fridge in my room had an unpleasant odor, and when I arrived, it was evident that cleanliness was lacking, with mold spotted on the bottom shelf. I experienced an unsettling moment when a key was left in my door, making me uncomfortable about security. The restaurant was disappointing too. the food quality didn't match expectations, with hints of pre-packaged gravies in my meal. these issues put a damper on my stay.

The location was perfect, near shops at the bottom of the hill and a lovely grassy area with trees. I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable. The room had everything I needed and even offered a stunning balcony where I could relax while soaking up the views.
The bathroom could use some updating, as it felt a bit dated during my stay.
